TM100 Customer Service hotline is utter rubbish

Most Malaysians have used the services of Telekom Malaysia at one time or another.

Either we have used it as fixed-line users or mobile line users or in recent years, we use their internet services. After all, TM is basically the ‘only’ service provider with an upper hand in the market. But as with most GLCs go, their services are a lot of concern.
I recently tried to call the TM100 hotline. This is the customer service which answers all our problems. If called from TM’s fixed line, the call is free but if you are calling from Celcom numbers (which is part of TM) you have to pay RM1 per call. Other operators charge accordingly.
But calling is one thing, getting the service you need is another. And first you need to press a few automatic numbers before your call is attended, that is if you have not waited for more than 5 minutes already.
This service is utter nonsense where you are given the runaround and then be more confused than you started out. What a load of rubbish.
